Bob Lindquist

Bob Lindquist was born and raised in the Kansas City area in 1955 into a large family of seven children. He earned a BS degree in Business Administration from Kansas University in 1977 and later his Insurance and Investment licenses in 1982. Since 1982 he has owned and operated his own Financial planning/Employee benefits and Property/Casualty insurance practice in the greater Kansas City area.

Bob has a reputation among his clients as being a trustworthy individual with high ethical standards. He is very passionate about his work and focused first and foremost in providing only quality services and products to his clients.

The majority of his business career has been dedicated to serving the needs of his clients by helping them plan for their retirement, providing tax saving strategies and protecting what people have worked a lifetime to accumulate.

Bob and his wife, Dede, live in Overland Park, Kansas and enjoy spending time with family, reading, yard work and golf. Bob is committed to providing answers to his client’s specific needs.

Shaymond Janes

Shaymond was born and raised in Kansas City, KS, the oldest of two boys. He earned a BLA from the University of Missouri, Kansas City in 1999, and has worked in the local area ever since. Beginning his career in the banking industry, Shaymond learned quickly the importance of building relationships and earning client trust. He has spent nearly a decade helping his clients organize their financial futures by providing education in the areas of debt reduction, home buyer basics and retirement planning.

In 2008, following the crash of the stock market, and the unfortunate destruction of many 401K retirement accounts, Shaymond recognized the demographic need for competent financial advisors. He took the knowledge that he had learned in banking and refocused on the niche arena of safe money investment planning. He has since become licensed to sell life insurance and other safe money investments such as fixed and fixed indexed annuities, and works as an independent consultant to other financial advisors on behalf of several large insurance carriers. Shaymond is not loyal to anyone company and always puts the needs of his clients before all else. He is constantly in pursuit of higher education which will benefit his clients, and is currently completing his Masters in Family Financial Planning. In addition to his duties as co-host for the weekly radio show, Shaymond is the owner of a local planning firm, Janes Associates, which specializes in customized safe retirement plans, 401k/IRA rollovers, and creating income streams that are guaranteed for life.

Shaymond and his wife Amber reside in Overland Park, KS and our enjoying every minute of time possible with each other and their beautiful 1 year old daughter. When he is not spending time with family or educating clients (which isn’t very often), Shaymond loves to mountain bike, fish, and cook melt in your mouth Kansas City BBQ on his backyard smoker.
